If you need to return something, contact us & we will issue a return authorization number. If the item was shipped correctly as ordered, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging.-- i.e.: your shoe box has been shipped inside a packing box, so please do not tape up & sticker the actual printed shoe box. Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned. Decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or removed from their shrink wrap. Dvd's & certain other items with the shrink wrap removed cannot be returned. In the event that a deck, dvd or other item has been removed from its original packaging (or gripped) and is deemed defective, contact us & we will accommodate you depending on the reason. Contact us regarding any warranty issues. A real person will deal with you in a prompt manner! |
